Encrypted end to end
TLS 1.3 in transit, encryption at rest for the database and uploads, and chat messages encrypted at rest to match v1.
Short-lived, rotated sessions
15-minute access tokens with refresh rotation, device tracking, iOS Keychain storage, and certificate pinning.
Signed webhooks only
Every Stripe and banking webhook is signature-verified. Cron jobs run behind an authenticated secret — nothing fires unverified.

Structured logs carry request, user and chapter IDs; financial events reconcile nightly so nothing is silently lost.
